Who are we?
Selective Corporate Internship Program (SCIP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1997 by entrepreneurs Monica and Miguel Mancebo of McClure Management Group LLC. The SCIP internship is a paid, six-week internship. This program is designed to provide a corporate experience for rising high school sophomores and juniors. Learn More →
Our Vision
We are entirely committed to the success of our interns and ensure that there are no present financial barriers that may inhibit the students who participate in SCIP. Each intern receives a weekly stipend, metro card, and a daily meal is provided. We make it our job to guarantee that the interns are able to function at their highest standard. Learn More →
