Who are we?
Selective Corporate Internship Program (SCIP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1997 by entrepreneurs Monica and Miguel Mancebo. The SCIP internship is a six-week program designed to provide a corporate experience for rising high school juniors and seniors. Over the course of the internship, the students meet with corporate executives from leading companies, attend corporate site visits, sharpen their technical and writing skills, learn about business etiquette, and much more. SCIP offers an inside look into corporate America that is extremely rare to come by. These students walk away with lifelong friends, lessons and the tools necessary to fulfill their potential.
