Alumni
In order to establish a secondary level of support for the inspired interns, the Mancebos constituted the SCIP Alumni Program. The purpose of the SCIP Alumni Program is to provide employment opportunities and extended support services as they enter college and the professional work environment. With the initial vision of SCIP constantly becoming a more tangible reality, SCIP plans to maintain a distinct support system with its alumni throughout their careers. SCIP Careers is a division of the program that is in place to support its rapidly growing alumni base. SCIP anticipates the success of their interns and alumni and values their accomplishments.
